Can I try Touchplot before paying?
Right now every plan is completely free while we're in beta — no credit card required. When beta ends, Starter stays free forever and paid plans start with a free trial. We'll give beta users 60 days' notice and a locked-in discount before anything changes.
What counts as a data source connection?
Each unique integration (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Intercom) counts as one connection. Multiple properties within one tool still count as a single connection.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you downgrade, you'll keep access to your current plan through the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?

How does billing work for the yearly plan?
Yearly plans are billed upfront for the full year at the discounted rate. You save roughly 20% compared to monthly billing.
